Parts are charged separately unless your system is within warranty. Refrigerant and call-outs beyond your plan's allowance are also chargeable. Cancel any time.
Questions we get asked
Is air conditioning efficient?
Modern air conditioning systems are designed to be highly efficient, with technologies such as inverter compressors, variable speed fans and smart controls. Units with higher SEER and EER ratings are more efficient and can significantly reduce energy use and costs. Efficient systems also reduce environmental impact through lower energy use and eco-friendly refrigerants.
How much does a system cost?
Although each job can vary, you can expect a cost of between £1,200 and £2,000 per room in a domestic household. Commercial properties can vary. Get a free quote and we will confirm the exact price after a site survey.
How long does a system take to install?
On a domestic property, systems can usually be installed in 1 to 2 days, depending on the size of the system and the positioning of the units. Commercial properties have a far broader time frame, as so many factors must be considered.
Does air conditioning just cool?
No. It is a common misconception that air conditioning only cools. That was true when it was first introduced, but today pretty much all air conditioners heat and cool, offering a quick and affordable way to heat your home or workspace.
How often should I have my equipment serviced?
For domestic properties, an annual service is usually sufficient. For commercial sites, depending on the environment and the amount of equipment, we may recommend servicing every 3 months, 6 months or annually.
How long does a system last?
An air conditioning system should last 15 to 20 years on average.
Are they noisy?
Both indoor and outdoor air conditioning units are extremely quiet. Most people are able to sleep with one directly above their bed.
